Drabble Meme
Drabble meme
1) Write a drabble in your first fandom
2) Write a drabble in your newest fandom
3) Write a drabble in a fandom you've never written fic for.
1) This would have to be CI5: The New Professionals (Chris Keel/Sam Curtis)
Non-fraternisation is the first rule of CI5, yet you spend virtually all your time with your assigned partner, guard his back like your own, but do not have sex with him, definitely never fall in love with him.
Chris often wonders if he can go on putting someone else's life over his partner's. So far the answer has always been yes. Is what they have enough to risk it one day becoming 'no'?
Maybe not. But until that day he has a reason to get up every morning (even though it means leaving Sam's embrace) and go save the world.
2) I suppose that's Hawaii 5-0 (Gen)
He can see the questions in his team's eyes, their frustration with “classified”, but what is he to do? Most of his career is filled with things he is not allowed to talk about.
Not that he would want to. And they don't want to hear the truth, not really. They don't want to put names and faces and locations to the nightmares he carries behind his eyes. They couldn't unsee the blood, or the lists of his victims.
Danny would never let him touch his daughter again if he really knew everything his hands have touched and done.
3) Okay, fine, I'll try my hand at Iron Man/Captain America (616, gen)
“Jetpacks and flying cars are very nice,” Tony says, munching on his sandwich thoughtfully. “But the one 'future' thing I really want to see is the food pill.”
“The what?” Steve asks, frowning.
They're sitting in Tony's workshop, where Tony would work nonstop on his latest project if Steve didn't keep interrupting him with sandwiches at regular intervals.
“The pill that has everything you need so you don't need to waste time eating food.”
“But I like food.”
“When you're eating it for pleasure it's wonderful. Relying on it for sustenance is hopelessly inefficient.”
